My relationship with wellness didn’t come from a single practice or philosophy — it came from learning how to listen to my body after years of pushing, performing, and living disconnected from myself.
My background spans wellness, embodiment, and years in front of the camera, which taught me a lot about identity, energy, and self-perception. Today, I’m drawn to gentle, sustainable ways of caring for the body and nervous system — through movement, nourishment, mindset, and everyday rituals that fit into real life.
