THE PROTOCOL

This section outlines how to follow the XO Reset each day. The rhythm is simple and intentional. You will repeat the same structure throughout the cleanse, adjusting slowly and only as your body feels ready.

This is not meant to feel complicated or overwhelming. Follow the steps, listen to your system, and move forward at a pace that feels supportive.

Choosing Your Cleanse Length

There are three possible timelines. Each option uses the same structure. The only difference is duration and depth.

Mini Reset: 4 weeks
For beginners, sensitive systems, or seasonal cleansing.

Core Reset: 5 weeks
A balanced, effective option suited for most people.

Deep Reset: 6 weeks
For those with lingering symptoms, deeper inflammation, or a desire for a full internal reset.

There is no higher or better option. Choose the timeline that fits your body and your current season of life.

Daily Structure

Your cleanse will follow a consistent daily rhythm. This helps regulate your system and allows your body to respond gradually and predictably.

Morning (empty stomach)
Take your parasite support dose
(Black Walnut + Wormwood tincture or ParaGuard capsule)

Wait 30 to 60 minutes before eating or drinking anything other than water.

Two hours later
Take your binder.
Binders must be taken away from herbs, food, and supplements so they can effectively absorb toxins without interfering with nutrient absorption.

Midday (with lunch)
Optional supportive supplements may be taken here if you are using them. This may include magnesium, liver support, vitamin C, B vitamins, or mineral support.

Evening (empty stomach)
Take your second parasite support dose.

Two hours later
Take your second binder dose.
You may follow with herbal tea or warm water if supportive.

Dosing Guidelines

Start low and increase gradually. This allows your nervous system, digestion, and detox organs to adjust without overwhelm.

Black Walnut + Wormwood tincture:
Begin with 10 to 15 drops twice daily.
Increase gradually to 20 to 30 drops twice daily if tolerated.

ParaGuard capsules (alternative):
Begin with 1 capsule twice daily.
Increase to 2 capsules twice daily if tolerated.

Clove capsules:
Begin with one capsule daily during Week 1.
Increase to one capsule twice daily during Week 2 and beyond if using.

Binder:
One serving twice daily, ideally two hours after herbs and meals.
If symptoms become intense, this is the first area you increase.

Listen to your body. Adjustments are normal and expected.

If Symptoms Intensify

Detox symptoms may include fatigue, headaches, temporary bloating, increased emotions, skin flushing, or changes in digestion. These responses are not signs to stop; they are signs that the body is processing and releasing.

If symptoms feel overwhelming:

Reduce herb dosage temporarily
Increase binder dosage
Increase hydration
Add movement or castor oil support
Slow down rather than stop

Gentleness is always more effective than force.

Optional Enhancements

These are not required, but many find them supportive and soothing throughout the process.

Dry brushing
Castor oil packs
Warm baths with minerals
Light stretching or walking
Grounding or breathwork
Journaling or mood tracking

Use these only if they feel helpful. They are tools, not obligations.

When to Pause or Slow Down

Pause or reduce dosing if:

Sleep becomes significantly disrupted
Digestion slows or becomes stagnant
Detox symptoms feel unmanageable
Your nervous system feels overwhelmed

Rest is a valid part of healing. Slowing down does not interrupt results; it often supports them.

After the Cleanse

Upon completing your chosen timeline, you will transition into a gentle post-cleanse phase. This step is just as important as the cleanse itself and helps your system stabilize, rebuild, and integrate.
