WEEK 2: ACTIVITY
This week continues the protocol and begins deepening the process. The foundation has already been set, and now the body begins actively responding. For many people, Week 2 is where noticeable shifts begin — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Move steadily and stay present with what arises. There is nothing you need to force.
Focus of This Week
During Week 2, parasite activity may increase as herbs begin weakening and disrupting their life cycle. The digestive system may feel more active, and detox pathways continue adjusting.
Your role remains the same: follow the protocol, support your body, and stay consistent.
Stillness and slow pacing are supportive here.
What You May Experience
This week may feel more noticeable than Week 1. Some people observe clearer signs of detox, while others simply feel subtle internal changes.
Possible experiences include:
Changes in digestion or bowel movements
Temporary cravings for sugar, bread, or processed foods
Mild sleep changes
Emotional sensitivity or irritability
Subtle sensations in the digestive tract
These responses are normal and reflect movement rather than imbalance.
If cravings or emotions intensify, view them with curiosity. Both can be signs of microorganisms losing dominance and attempting to regain stability.
Supportive Practices This Week
Continue the supportive practices from Week 1 and add gentle structure if desired.
Examples include:
Warm water upon waking
Short walks or stretching
Dry brushing before showers
Light grounding or breathwork
Mineral or electrolyte support
Small rituals can help your nervous system feel held during internal change.
Food Guidance This Week
Stay aligned with cleanse-safe foods and allow meals to remain simple. If you experienced cravings in Week 1, they may increase briefly this week before calming.
Reducing sugar and starch-based foods helps weaken parasite activity and supports mental clarity.
If meals feel repetitive, explore new recipes from the Food and Recipes section or rotate herbs and vegetables for variety.
Mindset for Week Two
This phase often brings awareness — physically, mentally, or emotionally. You may notice where you’ve been holding, resisting, or distracting. You may also feel moments of clarity or lightness between waves of detox.
There is no right way to experience this week. Trust what arises. Be patient with your body and gentle with your expectations.
Healing is not linear — it unfolds.
Adjustments if Needed
If symptoms feel stronger this week:
Reduce herb dosage temporarily
Increase binder
Increase rest
Add castor oil support or gentle movement
Slow your pace rather than stopping the process
Your body communicates through sensation. Respond rather than react.
