WEEK 3: SHIFT

Week 3 marks an important turning point in the cleanse. By now, the body has adjusted to the rhythm of the herbs, binders, and food structure. Parasite life cycles begin disrupting, and deeper layers of detox, emotion, and stored stagnation may begin to surface.

This week is designed to either continue, soften, or gently intensify depending on the cleanse length you selected.

Move intentionally and remain aware of how your body responds.

Focus of This Week

The purpose of Week 3 is to disrupt patterns and prevent organisms from adapting to the routine. This interruption helps break their rhythm and supports deeper clearing.

How you move through this week depends on your chosen cleanse timeline:

Mini Reset (4 weeks):
Continue as normal.

Core Reset (5 weeks):
Lower dosage for 3 to 4 days, then resume normal dosing.

Deep Reset (6 weeks):
Increase dosage gently if tolerated.

There is no pressure to force change. Choose the variation that feels most supportive.

What You May Experience

This week may involve shifts in energy, digestion, or emotion. Some people notice increased clarity, while others experience symptoms resurfacing or fluctuating.

Possible experiences include:

Temporary fatigue
Mild headaches
Digestive bubbling or cramping
Heightened emotions or irritability
Changes in sleep patterns
A sense of internal release or relief

All of these experiences are normal and reflect deeper movement.

If you notice very little change, that is also normal. Every body responds differently.

Supportive Practices This Week

Grounding and nervous system support can be especially helpful during this transitional phase.

Supportive practices may include:

Warm baths or showers
Light movement, stretching, or walking
Calming herbal teas
Intentional quiet time or journaling
Consistent hydration with minerals

This is a good week to pay closer attention to emotional shifts, cravings, boundaries, and internal dialogue.

Food Guidance This Week

Continue following cleanse-safe nutrition. If cravings increase or emotional eating patterns surface, approach them gently rather than with force or judgment.

Sometimes the urge to reach for certain foods reflects emotional release rather than physical need. Awareness itself is progress.

If desired, you may explore new recipes this week or continue simplifying meals for ease.

Mindset for Week Three

This week often brings awareness to patterns — both internal and external. You may notice habits, attachments, or coping mechanisms that have been operating beneath the surface.

Meeting these with kindness rather than control creates space for lasting change.

Instead of asking, “Why is this happening?” try asking, “What is this showing me?”

Adjustments if Needed

As with previous weeks, adjust gently if symptoms feel too strong.

Reduce herb dosage
Increase binder
Extend the taper period if needed
Incorporate castor oil packs
Prioritize rest and hydration

There is no rush or urgency. Slow healing is still healing.
