WEEK 4: RESET

Week 4 represents a settling-in phase. By now, your body has moved through the initial adjustment period, the activation period, and the transition week. The internal environment is shifting, and the body begins integrating what has already been released.

For many, Week 4 feels calmer, clearer, or more steady — though for some, deeper physical or emotional detox may continue. Both experiences are valid and normal.

The goal of this week is stability and continued consistency.

Focus of This Week

The body is now functioning with a new internal rhythm. Parasite activity tends to decrease, cravings often soften, and many people notice improvements in digestion, clarity, sleep, or mood.

This week is about maintaining steady progress and allowing the body to continue clearing what it has already begun releasing.

If you selected:

Mini Reset (4 weeks):
This is your final active week before you transition to Post-Cleanse.

Core Reset (5 weeks):
Continue with the standard dosing protocol.

Deep Reset (6 weeks):
Maintain or gently increase dosage if you feel stable.

Allow your body to guide you rather than the timeline.

What You May Experience

Many people notice subtle or significant improvements throughout Week 4. Others simply experience steadiness or neutrality — which is also progress.

Common experiences include:

Improved digestion or regularity
Reduced bloating or heaviness
Calmer nervous system
Clearer thinking or emotional regulation
Changes in skin clarity or texture
Increased awareness of energy, patterns, or triggers

Some individuals may also notice occasional detox symptoms resurfacing briefly as deeper layers release. This is temporary and expected.

Supportive Practices This Week

Continue the supportive practices from previous weeks. If you feel stable and grounded, you may gently deepen your practices.

Examples include:

Consistent hydration
Calming nighttime routine
Light movement, stretching, or breathwork
Mindful eating without distraction
Journaling or reflection

If you feel tired or emotional, choose rest over activity.

Your body is still working.

Food Guidance This Week

Most people find cleanse-friendly eating more intuitive by Week 4. Cravings often decrease, and hunger patterns may stabilize.

Continue eating supportive foods and avoiding sugar, processed foods, and inflammatory ingredients.
If meals feel repetitive, explore new recipes, textures, or seasonings.

If you are on the Mini Reset, begin mentally preparing for the Post-Cleanse reintroduction phase — not by planning “reward foods,” but by staying curious about what your body may want less of or no longer react to.

Mindset for Week Four

This phase often brings a sense of renewal. You may feel lighter, more grounded, or more connected to your body.

It’s common to reflect on how much can change with consistency and intentional support.

If deeper emotions arise, meet them with neutrality. Sometimes, as the body clears physically, the mind and nervous system begin releasing patterns that no longer feel aligned.

Let this week be gentle.

Adjustments if Needed

If symptoms appear or intensify this week:

Lower dosage temporarily
Increase binder
Increase mineral intake
Slow pacing rather than stopping

Your body may simply be clearing deeper layers.
