WEEK 5: INTEGRATION

Week 5 marks the transition from active cleansing into deeper internal integration. By now, your body has released what it no longer needs at the surface level and is shifting into maintenance, repair, and recalibration.

For many, this week feels lighter. For others, it brings deeper emotional clarity or awareness. There is no expected experience here — only what your body chooses.

This week supports stability, rebuilding, and connection.

Focus of This Week

The focus now shifts from disruption to integration. The herbs continue working, but the body also begins repairing tissue, regulating the nervous system, and restoring balance in digestion, energy, and emotional regulation.

If you selected:

Mini Reset (4 weeks):
You are now complete and will transition to the Post-Cleanse section.

Core Reset (5 weeks):
This is your final week of active cleansing.

Deep Reset (6 weeks):
Continue the current rhythm or gently increase your dosage if your body feels stable.

Your internal cues matter more than the timeline.

What You May Experience

Week 5 often brings subtle but meaningful changes. These shifts may feel physical, emotional, or both.

You may notice:

Improved digestion or elimination
More stable energy throughout the day
Balanced appetite and fewer cravings
Clearer thinking and emotional presence
Deeper sleep and easier waking
A sense of internal ease or spaciousness

Some people also experience brief final waves of detox as the body finishes clearing remaining layers. These shifts are temporary and usually soften quickly.

Supportive Practices This Week

If this week feels steady, supportive, and spacious, consider gently deepening practices that help you connect with your body and environment.

Examples include:

Mindful movement
Grounding outdoors or sunlight
Simple breathwork
Warm baths or castor oil
Restful evenings without screens

These practices are optional. They are meant to support coherence, not discipline.

Food Guidance This Week

Continue nourishing yourself with cleanse-supportive foods. By now, eating in alignment with the cleanse may feel easier, more natural, or more intuitive.

Some people find themselves eating less, feeling full sooner, or craving whole, simple foods. Others simply feel neutral — which is also a positive shift.

If you are ending the cleanse this week, avoid planning reintroduction foods yet. The body needs time to stabilize before experimenting.

The Post-Cleanse section will guide you.

Mindset for Week Five

This week is about noticing how far you’ve come — not in a performative or analytical way, but with awareness.

You may notice:

Clearer boundaries
Less urgency
More presence
A calmer relationship with food
A deeper trust in your body

Healing reveals things slowly. Allow what comes forward, and don’t rush what hasn’t yet arrived.

Adjustments if Needed

If discomfort or symptoms appear this week:

Lower herb dosage temporarily
Increase binder
Add warmth, rest, or mineral support
Slow your pace rather than stopping

Your body may simply be completing the final phase of clearing.
